Standardizing What We Offer 

Avenue, a tech startup, provides digital marketing service to realtors in different regions across Canada and the US. We provide three type of services that manage our clients' online presence: 

1 Branded Website that reflects clients' personalities

2 Handling Social Media, such as Facebook post and newsletter

3 Branding package such as logo, business card and concierge work

With the wide range of services, the design team is responsible in making sure what we do is consistent across every clients.   

Problem 

One of Avenue's value is - People First. With this in mind, we tend to try our best to put clients' needs first. However, as we have more clients signing up for our branding service, we realize that some of the branding projects would drag for months.

Understanding Clients' Perspectives 

In order to understand the problem of delaying projects, we first mapped out the current branding process to find out the gaps that are causing these issues.
